How to place an order?

You can view our products from our online store under the order here section. If you already know what you're searching for, you can simply type it on the search bar. You can then proceed to select the available options for the treat and add it to the cart. After you are done selecting the products, you can then proceed to select the date you want the treats to be delivered and select method of collection. Finally, you can make payment via Online Transfer (FPX) or manual bank transfer. Once the payment has been confirmed, we will send you the updates on your email.


How do I order a treat that I saw from your Instagram page, but it is not displayed on the online store?

If you wish to get a similar treat like you saw from our Instagram page, or if you wish to make a custom order, you can send us a message on Whatsapp and send us a photo of that treat! You can also make a simple request such as "add chocolate drizzle" or "pack in a separate packaging" by writing your request on the remark section upon checkout.


I want to make a last minute order but the calendar shows the date has been blocked. Can you still process my order?

Our cutoff policy is 3 days; this means that the soonest you can get your treat is 3 days after placing the order. Order is also to be taken on first come first serve basis. However, you might be lucky! You can send us a Whatsapp and we will try our best to squeeze in your order.


Do you provide delivery service? If you do, how much is the delivery fees?

Currently we are partnering with Lalamove to deliver your treats to most of Klang Valley area. You can check the rates and see whether your area is covered for the delivery service. The prices usually ranges from RM 20 - RM 70 depending how far is your place located from our baking studio in Setapak/Sentul.


Can I choose to self collect my order?

Yes you can! You can check baking studio location here. Place the box on a level surface and make sure you turn your air-conditioner on. We advise you not to collect your order using a motorcycle. We will not be responsible for any damages incurred after it left our baking studio. 


My event is on the next day after I collect/receive my order. How long does it last and what is the best way to keep the treats?

Our dessert/cake is best to be consumed directly after receiving. If you wish to eat them at later time, keep the treat in the refrigerator. If kept chilled, the dessert can lasts for 2 days. Remember not to leave the treat under room temperature for more than 3 hours. 


Do you provide candles and knife? 

Yes we do! We do offer complementary knife, candles (big and small) , "happy birthday" cake topper and also a handwritten card. You can select these options upon checkout.


Can I change my order once it has been placed? 

You can reach us on Whatsapp to inform us about the changes within (2) days before collection date.


Can I get a refund if I wish to cancel my order?

To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your order at least (7) days before the collection date. Any request for a refund made after that period will not be granted. Note that a 15% of order processing fees will be charged. 

You can also choose to postpone your order to another available date.
