For Bank Transfer, a screenshot or photo of payment receipt must be uploaded after placing the order. Failure to do so within 24 hours of order placement,will result in cancellation of order.
Our bank details can be found upon checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATION (REFUND)
To cancel an order, kindly inform us on Whatsapp at least (7) days before receiving/delivery date. Any order made to cancel within the (7) days period will not be subjected to a refund. Customer can instead choose to change the order to another date.
Please note that a 15% order processing fees will be charged.
Vanillicious has the sole right to approve or disapprove any request for a refund.
CHANGES OF ORDER
Any changes wish to be made on an order such as changing quantity, type of product, delivery method or date must be made (2) days before receiving/delivery date. To make a change on an order, kindly inform us on Whatsapp.

ALLERGIES AND SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
All our treats contain eggs, and some contain gluten and dairy products. As such, our products may not be suitable for those diagnosed with lactose intolerant and celiac disease (allergic to gluten).
Please also be advised that some of our products may contain traces of nut and therefore, will not be suitable for those who have an allergic reaction to nuts.
